These terms and conditions apply to all services provided on the ru778 platform. The word "platform" on this page refers to ru778's website, mobile platform, and related services. The word "player" refers to anyone who has registered an account and plays on the platform.

1.1 Agreement

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any service, the player is considered to have read and fully understood these terms and conditions and confirms their complete agreement with each one. If you do not agree with any point, you must not continue using the platform.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account under their name on the platform. If a second account is opened, both the second account and the original account may be suspended without any transactions being processed.

2.2 Account Security

Login credentials (username and password) must be kept by the player alone and sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any activity carried out through the account will be treated as the player's own.

2.3 Account Verification

The platform may verify a player's personal information at any time. If the required documents cannot be provided, withdrawals may be put on hold.

Players can deposit and withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal time — within 5–30 minutes

3.2 Deposit Restrictions

Players may only deposit using methods registered in their own name (a bank account or mobile payment registered under their name). Deposits made using a third party's funds will not be refunded, and the account may also be suspended.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the platform before being processed. Withdrawals will only be made through the same method used for the deposit. If there are any issues, the platform will contact the player to verify.

When claiming bonuses and promotions offered on the platform, players must follow both these terms and the specific bonus terms that apply.

4.1 First-Time Welcome Bonus

Players can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, a wagering requirement of 20x (20 times) the bonus amount must be completed.

• Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, balance becomes 40,000 Ks, wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
• Example — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks (maximum), balance becomes 620,000 Ks, wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Not a single kyat of the bonus can be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met
• Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is complete
• For deposits that exceed the maximum bonus amount, only the portion up to the maximum will be used to calculate the bonus
• The platform reserves the right to modify bonus offers at any time

All games on the platform — casino, live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, and football betting — are governed by a fair play policy.

5.1 Game Results

Game results depend on a Random Number Generator (RNG) or the decisions of live dealers. The platform cannot guarantee the outcome of any game, and players must understand that losses are possible.

5.2 VIP and Cashback

The platform has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The maximum weekly cashback of 1.0% is available at the Diamond level, and cashback increases gradually from Bronze through to Diamond. To receive cashback, the requirements for the relevant VIP level must be met.

5.3 Football Betting

Odds and match schedules for football betting may change. You can read the exact match details on the football page of the platform. Bets placed before a match starts are not guaranteed to be refunded if the match is cancelled, so please read the specific promotion terms and conditions that apply.

To maintain integrity and fairness, the platform strictly prohibits players from engaging in the following behaviour—

• Playing in a way intended to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Using software or bots during gameplay
• Any action that may disrupt the platform's network and servers
• Opening more than one account in order to claim bonuses multiple times
• Threatening or being aggressive toward other players or staff

If any of these violations are found, the platform reserves the right to close the account and refuse to process any remaining balance.
